- I have a question about a product/shipping/etc, how can I contact you?
- You can contact our Customer Service by calling our toll free phone number, 1-800-569-8142, emailing us at nwo@nwoutlet.com, or faxing us at 1-715-392-1452.
- How long does it for my order to be processed and shipped?
- It usually takes approximately two to three business days for your order to be processed. Shipping time can take anywhere from two to six days depending on your location.
- When putting in my billing/shipping address, it doesn't allow me to put in Alaska or Hawaii. Can orders be sent there?
- There are certain weight/size restrictions we have when shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, so we ask that you please call an inquire about an order to either of those states by calling 1-800-569-8142.
- Do you ship to Canada or anywhere else internationally?
- At this time, we are not able to bill or ship to anywhere outside of the USA.
- What is your return and exchange policy?
- Our return and exchange policy can be found here. If you have any questions regarding the policy, our Customer Service line is 1-800-569-8142.
- I need to cancel or change my order - how can I do that?
- A cancel can be done by phone up until the order is processed by calling 1-800-569-8142. Please have your order summary number available to expedite the service. Unfortunately, we are unable to change items on orders once they have been placed.
- At the bottom of the page it says "Note:All product photos are for reference only, exact styles and color may vary.". What does that mean?
- Due to variences in monitor resolution and color, items shown on photos online and items received may not match exactly. Also, if there was a last minute design change on a product, small variences may occur (stitching, accent colors, etc). If it is a large change, it will be noted in the product description.
