Return Policy

All products to be returned must be in new condition with tags on merchandise.

Enclose a copy of your invoice with a brief explanation of reason for return/exchange.

Returns for credit will be issued at invoice price for 30 days from date of invoice. After 30 days the current web store price on item will be issued for credit. If returned between 60 to 90 days a return will receive instore credit only. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 90 days.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Ship your return using the carrier of your choice - return shipping must be prepaid and is at the customers expense.

If an exchange is made the customer will only be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us - Northwest Outlet will take care of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.

Shoes/Boots in original box must be placed inside an appropriate shipping box for return to be accepted.

Northwest Outlet strives to provide accurate photos of all products, however colors and styles of products may vary.
