  1. What will happen if an item I order is out of stock?

    Though we do have live inventory, there may be a time that a product you order may become out of stock. Depending on the order situation we may do one of two things:

    • Contact you on how we should proceed with your order or,
    • If there are other items on your order available for shipment, we will ship the available items and send an email when the order is processed as to what we did and how we proceeded, as well as accompany the order with a note.
  2. I have a question about a product/shipping/stock availability, how can I contact you?

  3. How long does it for my order to be processed and shipped?

    It usually takes approximately one to three business days for your order to be processed. In high volume times, such as around the holidays, processing may take three to five days. Shipping time can take anywhere from two to six days depending on your location.

  4. When putting in my billing/shipping address, it doesn't allow me to put in Alaska or Hawaii. Can orders be sent there?

    There are certain weight/size restrictions we have when shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, so we ask that you please call an inquire about an order to either of those states by calling 1-800-569-8142.

  5. Do you ship to Canada or anywhere else internationally?

    At this time, we are not able to bill or ship to anywhere outside of the USA.

  6. What is your return and exchange policy?

  7. I need to cancel or change my order - how can I do that?

    A cancel can be done by phone up until the order is processed by calling 1-800-569-8142. Please have your order summary number available to expedite the service. Unfortunately, we are unable to change items on orders once they have been placed.

  8. The color of the item received doesn't match what the photo showed, why?

    Due to variances in monitor resolution and color, items shown on photos online and items received may not match exactly. Also, if there was a last minute design change on a product, small variances may occur (stitching, accent colors, etc). If it is a large change, it will be noted in the product description.
