In Store PickUp

If you would like to place an order for in store pickup, you can do so by calling and placing a phone order at 1-800-569-8142 or by placing an order on our website with the following directions:

• On the one page checkout screen in the SHIPPING ADDRESS section, put in your email address, name, phone number and Northwest Outlet's address: In Store Pickup 1814 Belknap Street Superior, WI 54880
• If the order is above $50, free shipping will be available for selection. If the order is below $50, please choose the $7.00 standard shipping and it will be refunded when the order is processed.
• Choose your payment method. If PayPal is chosen, please make sure the shipping address is Northwest Outlet's when going through PayPal's payment screen. If you are placing an order via credit or debit card, uncheck the prefilled box that says "My Billing and Shipping Address Are The Same" and input the billing address for your payment method. 
• Continue to place the order as directed by the checkout process.

If you need the order by a certain time or date, please contact us ahead of time at 1-800-569-8142 to make sure we can accomodate your order. Otherwise, you will be emailed as soon as your order is ready for pickup and is usually ready under or within 24 to 48 hours. In Store Pickup orders placed after 3PM Friday afternoon will not be processed until Monday morning.
